Discovery: A Poem

Hi there! Here’s a little poem about finding things that I wrote this evening and hope you enjoy.vintage-1872682_1280.jpgSifting through the memories

Of another life I found

In the back room of a vintage shop

Past a plaid and lacy cloud,

Through dusty antique mirrors,

And cobwebs hanging low,

I discovered myself in a music box

In a melody I know, and I

Wear the scent of perfume

Of a brilliant summers day, and I

Bathed my feet in rivers, and

Dried them off in hay,

And I danced through all the cobbled streets

Until I lost my way

To an old antique-style vintage shop

From which to start again.
